This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while providing services through our Telehealth platform. Our organization operates seven days a week, from 7 am to 10 pm, giving you the freedom to create a work-life balance that suits your needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories, understanding their unique experiences to tailor appropriate treatments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and measurable therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), helping clients navigate their healing processes.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe environment for patients to process their trauma and develop coping strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to provide an integrated approach to care, ensuring holistic support for our patients.

• Offer crisis intervention and ongoing support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating compassion and readiness to assist in high-stress situations.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, positive coping mechanisms, and available community resources to enhance their supportive network.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance in all aspects of patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to an empathetic and non-judgmental therapeutic approach.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, including the capability to efficiently document patient interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on trauma-informed care.

• Self-motivation and organizational skills to complete clinical documentation within 24 hours after appointments.

• A willingness to work with couples, for which we provide specialized training.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
