Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to best meet client needs.

• Work closely with clients to establish realistic and achievable therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and motivation while regularly monitoring their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of client records by maintaining meticulous documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, using appropriate electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying updated with the latest advancements in mental health counseling and best practices by participating in workshops, conferences, and peer supervision.

Qualifications\n
