Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on both pre-crisis and crisis scenarios.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing evidence-based screening tools as necessary.
\n
• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our facility’s high standards of care and service delivery.
\n
• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems including state agencies and community partners to enhance the scope and reach of our services.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships within the community to garner support for our programs and explore potential funding opportunities.
\n
• Engage in personal and professional development activities, including continuing education, attending conferences, and representing the agency at meetings related to mental health.

• Champion the mission, values, and ethical standards of Mind Elevate Counseling Center in every aspect of your work.

• Complete other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, promoting a culture of teamwork and shared responsibility.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Mind Elevate, you will work with a diverse population that includes individuals struggling with mental health disorders, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and individuals recovering from brain injuries. Your diverse skill set and compassionate approach will be vital in fostering healing and facilitating recovery for our clients through targeted interventions and personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required, alongside a current independent LMHC license issued by the state of Florida.

• Strong ability to maintain clinical documentation and prepare related reports efficiently and accurately.

• Demonstrated capacity for effective teamwork within an interdisciplinary team, promoting a collaborative environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to express ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Sound judgment and the ability to make independent decisions guided by professional expertise.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community mental health settings.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
