The work setting for this role is primarily remote, allowing you to interact with clients through telehealth platforms while maintaining a collaborative connection with our administrative and clinical teams. Although your primary responsibilities will be conducted from your home office, occasional in-person meetings and training sessions will occur at our outpatient office in Islip, facilitating team bonding and professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing diagnostic criteria to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Deliver engaging individual and group counseling sessions through various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on clients’ evolving needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress, conducting follow-up assessments to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment plan.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
