Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements.

• Utilize proven evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical team to assess and monitor client progress effectively.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Regularly communicate and collaborate with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to coordinate care and resources for clients.

• Establish and nurture partnerships with local, state, and federal organizations to expand service offerings and enhance program visibility.
