Optimum Mind and Behavioral Care Unit is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, crafting personalized and effective treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through telehealth technology, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to client requirements, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear, achievable goals for therapy and closely monitor their progress throughout treatment, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records of client interactions and treatment interventions while adhering to ethical and legal standards applicable in New York.

• Engage in continuous professional education through training and workshops to remain informed of the latest developments in mental health practices and policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a diverse spectrum of individuals, couples, and families who present a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Optimum Mind, your role will be crucial in helping these clients navigate their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals through effective and empathetic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the State of New York.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals and families with varying backgrounds and needs, showcasing strong clinical acumen.

• Proficiency in a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and modalities.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for building trusting relationships with clients.

• Adept at working independently, as well as collaboratively within a remote team structure.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy delivery, with comfort in using technology to enhance client interactions.

• Specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities or populations, such as trauma-informed care or child/adolescent counseling.

• Previous experience developing and leading community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
