Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct telehealth sessions with clients using established therapeutic modalities, tailoring approaches to meet individual patient needs.

• Maintain a caseload by scheduling approximately 33 patient hours per week, allowing for cancellations and time off to ensure continuous care.

• Engage in ongoing case consultations with fellow team members and supervisors to promote a culture of collaborative learning.

• Utilize a digital alliance scale and session rating scale in all clinical sessions to enhance therapeutic outcomes and facilitate growth.

• Follow all company policies related to documentation, fee collection, scheduling, onboarding, and termination procedures.

Qualifications\n
