Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, employing standardized evaluation tools and interview techniques.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual goals and utilize best practices in psychotherapy.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques in one-on-one, family, and group therapy settings.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans to maximize effectiveness.

• Respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support and intervention to clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to deliver holistic client care.

• Engage in continuous education and training to stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you should possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R).
