Our therapists work from the comfort of their own homes, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with patients. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, some flexibility may be needed to accommodate patient schedules. We are equipped with robust telehealth systems and electronic health record (EHR) software to support our therapists in managing client information efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and areas for growth, ensuring the creation of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy tailored to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and supportive group sessions, offering valuable resources to address common mental health issues while fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that all aspects of a patient’s care are harmonized and holistic.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, effectively managing mental health emergencies while offering compassionate support to clients.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, empower them through coping strategies, and connect them to local and online community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brave Recovery Counseling Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
