Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs via video conference, gathering comprehensive background information and identifying presenting concerns.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques and safety planning strategies.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to HIPAA regulations and upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
