The outpatient office of Rediscovered Trauma Recovery Center operates with a collaborative spirit, allowing counselors to connect and consult with colleagues as needed. You will have access to a robust digital platform designed for telehealth, equipped with features that enhance client interaction and provide vital client data for treatment adjustments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with individual adult clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to their specific needs.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to enhance treatment strategies and ensure comprehensive support for each client.

• Utilize automated tools for administering symptom self-assessments, tracking functional improvement, and measuring progress towards established therapeutic goals, allowing for dynamic adjustments to treatment plans.

• Engage in regular team meetings for case consultations and receive feedback and support in your therapeutic techniques and approaches.

• Independently manage a caseload of established clients, including scheduling, case documentation, and adherence to ethical counseling practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adult clients experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related conditions. Your role will be integral in providing them with the tools needed for self-discovery and healing, using therapeutic frameworks that support resilience and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note that we are unable to accept interns or those with limited permits requiring supervision.

• Demonstrated independence in handling case management and scheduling, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A clean disciplinary record regarding your professional license.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in virtual therapy settings or with specialized training in trauma-informed approaches will be highly regarded. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and proficiency in using telehealth platforms will also enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Licensed Mental Health Counselors in this remote role can expect a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000. Full-time employees benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend, promoting their own well-being while they focus on client care. Additionally, counselors can access our platform for personal mental health services at no cost, as long as they remain active members of our counseling team.
