Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring all evaluations are thorough and clinically sound.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans reflecting their unique needs, aspirations, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), effectively addressing mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care techniques that foster mental wellness.

• Continuously track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and support recovery.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure an integrated treatment approach.

• Maintain high standards of documentation related to client sessions, assessments, and treatment interventions, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights, enhance clinical skills, and keep up-to-date with best practices in mental health treatment.

• Act as an advocate for clients, striving to reduce the stigma around mental health issues and ensuring their needs for access and care are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be individuals battling various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related challenges. Our diverse clientele comes from varied backgrounds and experiences, adding depth and richness to the therapeutic process. You will be instrumental in creating a safe and nurturing environment for all clients, promoting open communication and trust.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Florida.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least two years of post-licensure experience specifically specializing in mood disorders, showcasing a proven record of successful patient outcomes. Our compensation package ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and a sign-on bonus available to qualified candidates.
