Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health, identifying specific challenges and opportunities to create personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to conduct individual and group therapy sessions, effectively addressing diverse client issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure each client receives integrated and holistic care tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client records while also meeting all ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n
