We offer competitive compensation within a salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and hours worked.

Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position that provides flexibility with a focus on work-life balance. We understand the importance of accommodating our therapists' schedules and therefore allow for both full-time (over 30 hours per week) and part-time (over 5 hours per week) options. You will be conducting sessions from the comfort of your own home or any location that suits your preference, utilizing our user-friendly telehealth platform. Additionally, we prioritize minimal paperwork to allow you to devote more time to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver ethical and empathetic mental health counseling through video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings.

• Conduct thorough and ongoing assessments of client situations to identify their specific mental health needs and tailor personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Empower clients by teaching new coping strategies, communication skills, and problem-solving techniques that they can apply in everyday life.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans to facilitate improvements and address any emerging concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adults experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, mild trauma, and stress-related concerns. By utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to this demographic, you will help clients achieve their personal goals and improve their mental health outcomes, all while fostering resilience and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD, with the ability to practice independently without supervision.

• A clean professional record with no prior disciplinary actions or incidents.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a high level of comfort with technology to navigate our telehealth platforms effectively.

• A stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection to ensure uninterrupted client sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with teletherapy and utilizing technology in counseling settings will be beneficial. Prior work with diverse populations and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.) is also preferred.
