Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and determine appropriate treatment modalities.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, leveraging evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to aid patients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaboratively work with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated, holistic care for our patients.

• Offer crisis intervention support in urgent situations related to trauma.

• Educate patients and their families regarding trauma responses and facilitate access to community resources.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and accurate record-keeping in alignment with legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year.
