This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in where you conduct your sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive assessments for new patients and their families, understanding their unique backgrounds and needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to address the identified goals and therapeutic needs of your clients.

• Engage in timely documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and necessary insurance authorization forms to maintain compliance with regulations.

• Develop essential crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention and wellness strategies that support patients in achieving and maintaining stable functioning.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans to ensure a smooth transition as clients move toward independent functioning or different levels of care.

• Maintain adherence to all federal and state regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures, promoting best practices within the organization.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in trainings and continuing education opportunities.
\n
• Contribute to case consultation meetings to ensure best practices and collaborative care for all patients.

• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory trainings to stay current and competent in your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n
