Work Environment\n

This position offers a unique blend of remote and outpatient office work, enabling us to meet the needs of our patients effectively while providing our therapists with a flexible work schedule. Our therapists operate predominantly from a home office but collaborate closely with our onsite team to ensure seamless, coordinated care that enriches patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and create individualized treatment plans that address specific goals and challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and others, to facilitate improvements in mental health and overall well-being.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, creating a nurturing environment where participants can explore their experiences and gain valuable insights into their mental health.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop cohesive care strategies that support holistic patient healing.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, skillfully navigating mental health emergencies with prompt, effective support.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and community resources available for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical requirements.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and training sessions, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development.

• Stay informed about the latest research, tools, and advancements in mental health therapy, integrating new insights into practice when appropriate.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
