Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that take into account the multifaceted needs of each patient, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to administer individual, couple, and family therapy sessions aimed at fostering mental health improvement.

• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational workshops to foster community support and provide education on coping strategies for various mental health conditions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients.

• Provide immediate assistance during crisis situations to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, and addiction issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
