Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, employing advanced clinical techniques to identify treatment needs and develop intervention strategies.

• Perform initial comprehensive assessments for clients and their families, triaging care effectively to ensure timely access to mental health services.

• Engage in ongoing communication with other staff members to discuss patient assessments, treatment progress, and interdisciplinary care plans during team meetings.

• Utilize individualized treatment modalities to address the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients across all age spectrums, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality care.

• Provide case management services by collaborating with hospital systems and community providers, facilitating seamless coordination of care for assigned patients.

• Follow ethical practices and organizational standards in the timely completion of clinical documentation, thereby ensuring compliance with health regulations.

• For outpatient clients, deliver evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) that support personalized service plans and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
