Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized tools to identify and analyze patients’ needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the patient's history, goals, and preferences, employing evidence-based modalities such as CBT and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for exploration and growth.

• Provide psychoeducational group sessions that foster community and support for individuals facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and mental health specialists, to ensure coordinated care for patients.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, offering immediate support and intervention as necessary to ensure patient safety.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources available to facilitate ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of patient interactions, diagnostic assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular consultations with colleagues to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance collaborative practice.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
