Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, taking a holistic view of each individual’s background and needs.

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Manage all necessary documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations accurately and within prescribed deadlines.
\n
• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety and wellness plans aimed at maintaining stable functioning for patients, particularly during periods of heightened distress.
\n
• Create comprehensive discharge plans that ensure continuity of care after therapy concludes.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations as well as organizational policies, ensuring a lawful and ethical approach to therapy.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education, contributing to your professional growth in the field.
\n
• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to foster a collaborative environment focused on shared learning and support.

• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training programs in a timely manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field necessary for licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the State (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) is required.

• Experience in outpatient mental health care is preferred, with demonstrated success in implementing evidence-based therapies.

• Familiarity with managed care systems, as well as the ability to navigate insurance processes effectively, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
