Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific needs and goals.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions while employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Keep detailed records of patient progress and maintain accurate documentation as per clinic and state standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
