Work Environment\n

This full-time position is uniquely designed to be remote, allowing you to comfortably provide therapy services from your chosen workspace while maintaining consistent meaningful connections with clients. Our center operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility in scheduling may be necessary based on patient needs. As part of a remote team, you will have access to state-of-the-art telehealth systems and virtual tools that enhance client interaction and ensure seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the diverse needs of our clients and develop personalized, effective treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused interventions, and mindfulness techniques during individual and group sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that address prevalent mental health concerns, fostering a supportive community space for clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each unique situation.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary, acting quickly during mental health emergencies to secure patient well-being.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment plans, and ways to leverage available community resources for additional support.

You will serve a varied client population, including individuals, couples, and families, facing mental health challenges across the spectrum. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
