Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that promote community and address mental health topics relevant to our patient population.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate support measures.

• Educate patients on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resource options to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in supervised case consultations and ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
