Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote setting, allowing therapists to connect with patients via teletherapy from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. The full-time schedule runs Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, and is designed to promote a healthy work-life balance while encouraging collaborative interactions among our team of behavioral health clinicians.

Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for:

• Conducting video-based assessments of patients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health needs.

• Performing virtual comprehensive evaluations, including in-depth reviews of patients’ medical histories and mental status examinations.
\n
• Formulating and implementing tailored behavioral health treatment plans based on individual assessments and evidence-based practices.
\n
• Monitoring and evaluating treatment progress, making necessary adjustments to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential patient records, including examination results and treatment documentation, through electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Staying current with advancements in mental health interventions and ensuring best practices are applied to improve patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Skyrise, you will engage with a diverse patient population, offering support for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals from different backgrounds and experiences, helping them navigate their mental health journeys through a holistic and compassionate approach.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and team members.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic clinical systems for record-keeping and teletherapy sessions.
\n
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

• Bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) are highly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should ideally have a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in outpatient settings. Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. Additionally, new hires may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
