Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and develop clear clinical diagnoses.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing diverse mental health issues.

• Deliver crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and promptly connecting them with necessary resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in line with established ethical and legal standards, documenting treatment plans, progress, and assessments regularly.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive and effective care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment approaches, and available community resources for ongoing support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
