Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through interviews, observations, and clinical evaluations, ensuring an accurate understanding of their histories and behaviors.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices, addressing the unique needs of individuals, families, and groups.

• Utilize various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care methodologies, adapting techniques to suit individual client circumstances.

• Serve as a collaborative partner to case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support during acute situations, using your expertise and compassion to guide clients through challenges effectively.

• Engage in community outreach efforts and educational programs aimed at increasing mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting the importance of mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your role will focus on helping individuals facing a spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, with the goal of fostering resilience and promoting healing.

Qualifications\n

• A current independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills necessary to establish rapport with clients and build effective therapeutic relationships.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to connect and work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time management skills critical for maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
