Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a broad spectrum of clients who may be dealing with a variety of challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our emphasis on trauma-informed care means you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes, supporting them as they develop resilience and effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) recognized in Georgia.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy techniques, allowing you to customize treatment pathways for individual clients.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to forge trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
