Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their unique therapeutic needs and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Deliver high-quality therapy services, utilizing a variety of modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, based on client preferences and requirements.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, tracking progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges, ensuring therapy is available to a broader demographic.

• Maintain all documentation accurately and promptly using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, complying with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Actively engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education, team workshops, and peer supervision to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population includes children, adolescents, adults, and families confronting a wide array of mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with clients dealing with trauma, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship issues, and life transitions, receiving ongoing support and guidance in their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field strongly preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude while working with individuals from various backgrounds.

• Proficient organizational and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably within an outpatient or private practice setting, is highly desirable.
