As a Mental Health Counselor at Trillium Therapy Group, your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD .

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling with the ability to establish rapport with clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to enhance the therapeutic alliance.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, allowing you to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year , commensurate with your qualifications and caseload. Additional benefits include:
