Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, which will guide the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and consistently track their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services leveraging secure digital platforms to ensure accessibility for clients who may face geographical or logistical challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards to demonstrate professionalism and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients that you will serve span a diverse spectrum of backgrounds and mental health challenges. You will work closely with individuals struggling with issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, and more. This role requires a deep understanding of various therapeutic approaches and an empathetic mindset to adequately support a diverse client base.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid professional license in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s degree or a Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients from all walks of life.

• A demonstrated ability to approach clients with empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental attitude.

Preferred Experience\n
