Work Environment\n

This role allows for a flexible work schedule with the possibility of remote work options. Our team operates within a supportive framework, prioritizing collaboration and providing continuous support to our therapists. While our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some adjustments may be necessary to accommodate patient demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate mental health assessments to accurately determine patients' challenges and formulate tailor-made treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to engage with individuals, couples, and families in meaningful ways.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups for patients addressing common mental health themes, fostering a sense of community and shared healing.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and psychologists to guarantee an integrated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, offering essential support and resources during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, enhancing understanding and promoting best practices for treatment adherence.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation following all legal and ethical standards, ensuring the privacy and safety of client information.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
