Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine mental health status, understanding clients' challenges and devising appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop individualized therapy plans incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances and treatment goals.

• Provide regular, structured therapy sessions for clients, equipping them with practical tools and coping strategies necessary to navigate their mental health challenges.

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists or addiction specialists when needed to provide comprehensive care.

• Document treatment processes and client progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all data complies with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in team meetings and supervision to collaborate on case management and treatment approaches, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse group of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your expertise in understanding different backgrounds and cultural contexts will enable you to deliver therapy that is sensitive and relevant, fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships that empower clients to achieve their goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health counseling.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based approaches to treatment.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions with a focus on cultural responsiveness.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution, capable of remaining composed in challenging situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
