Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include a diverse array of adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will work collaboratively to empower clients on their journey toward improved mental wellness, using strategies that encourage self-awareness, resilience, and coping skills.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude essential for effective therapeutic relationships.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative duties.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional board.

Preferred Experience\n

While any additional experience in working with specific populations such as veterans, adolescents, or individuals with substance use issues is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
