Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, effectively identifying clients' concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses, and developing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy through telehealth sessions, applying a variety of therapeutic modalities that cater to the unique needs and objectives of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention tailored for clients facing acute challenges, utilizing established intervention techniques to ensure safety and stabilization.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results with accuracy and compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and assist clients in navigating external resources.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment strategies, and appropriate community resources. Advocate passionately for clients’ rights and needs as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
