Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will operate within a supportive virtual office setting that encourages teamwork and professional growth. While our services are primarily delivered online, you may occasionally collaborate with colleagues in person at our Macon facility. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain patients' specific needs and formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for patients, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to promote positive change.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that empower patients and foster community connections.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services to assist patients during critical mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients on various mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources for comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
