Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address an array of mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care and treatment continuity.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and problem-solving skills to facilitate coping and stabilization.

• Participate actively in community outreach programs and educational initiatives to enhance mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health disorders within our diverse community.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
