Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that enhance personal growth and recovery outcomes.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and community resources, ensuring an integrated approach to the care and support system for each client.

• Respond to crises by offering immediate intervention and support strategies during acute distress, ensuring client safety and well-being during critical times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients we serve come from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, encompassing varying mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a full and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to establish strong rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and an ability to work effectively with clients from a wide array of backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining accurate, timely documentation in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, and families, as well as familiarity with trauma-informed care practices, will be considered an asset. Additional certification in specialized therapeutic modalities or community mental health initiatives will also strengthen your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n
