Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, challenges, and history, using standardized tools and methods.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring that interventions are tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as group interventions, providing support and guidance for clients to develop coping strategies and address behavioral issues effectively.

• Engage in collaborative case management by partnering with psychiatrists and social workers to coordinate care and share insights on clients’ progress.

• Provide timely crisis intervention to clients in distress, employing de-escalation techniques and creating safety plans when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist, you will provide care to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from varied socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with clients from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic contexts.

• Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage documentation efficiently while maintaining accuracy in treatment records.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in various mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
