Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Licensing: Certification as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required. Please note that we do not accept limited or provisional licenses.

• Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, exceptional listening abilities, and the capacity to make informed decisions regarding treatment are essential. You must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
