Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs, employing solution-focused interventions that lead to tailored treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care.

• Engage in regular case consultations to enhance care quality and share insights with team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals of various ages, cultural backgrounds, and mental health conditions. You will engage with clients dealing with severe and mild mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as either Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LCSW-R), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated ability to employ solution-focused psychotherapy and tailor therapeutic interventions to the unique needs of clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n
