This position offers a full-time remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that our counselors maintain a strong connection with their patients. Our team operates under a structured schedule, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Despite the remote capabilities, teamwork and collaboration remain at the forefront, with regular virtual meetings and support from senior clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges and trauma histories.

• Engage in one-on-one sessions with trauma injury patients, employing active listening skills to help them articulate their mental health concerns.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to diagnose mental or emotional disorders and create effective coping strategies.

• Educate both patients and staff on trauma awareness and coping mechanisms, fostering a supportive environment for healing.

• Monitor patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Coordinate with external agencies, healthcare providers, and community outreach programs to facilitate comprehensive patient care, ensuring access to additional services.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, completing continuing education courses to maintain National Certified Counselor certification and remain informed on the latest therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Active and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
