Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families while tailoring therapeutic approaches according to each client's unique needs.

• Supervise and guide practicum students and emerging therapists, providing them with weekly supervision that fosters their professional growth and development.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance client care and holistic treatment.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in conjunction with clients based on their goals and evidence-based practices.

• Create and maintain accurate, timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes as per state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and advancements in the field of mental health therapy to continuously refine your techniques and improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Valid state license such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD $52,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
