Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate effective treatment plans based on individual patient needs.

• Maintain current certification in CPR and First Aid to ensure patient safety during encounters.

• Regularly utilize our electronic medical records system to monitor, document, and communicate patient progress towards therapeutic goals.

• Assist patients in navigating financial and social resources necessary for their well-being.

• Attend and actively participate in team meetings and case consultations to discuss ongoing patient care strategies.

• Continuously engage in professional development activities, keeping abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

• Adhere strictly to ethical standards and policies set forth by Mind Saver and relevant licensing boards.

• Complete other duties as assigned by direct supervisors in alignment with patient care and clinic objectives.

• Maintain a valid Oregon Driver’s License for any potential community outreach responsibilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of young individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid independent clinical license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
