Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead guided mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques that promote awareness, emotional regulation, and stress management.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, resilience-building strategies, and stress management techniques.

• Integrate mindfulness methodologies into individual therapy sessions to specifically address and support clients' mental health concerns.

• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that includes mindfulness elements as a core therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
