Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health condition, emotional needs, and overall well-being.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions. For instance, facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on stress management or crisis coping strategies.

• Monitor clients' progress consistently, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as required to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients facing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and guiding them toward appropriate resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n
