Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize the electronic medical record (EMR) system to monitor, document, and communicate patients' progress toward established therapeutic goals, ensuring a clear social work plan is in place.

• Participate actively and positively in required staff meetings, contributing insights and feedback to foster team collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Uphold all applicable ethical codes and adhere strictly to New Narrative's policies, procedures, and protocols.
\n
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle a diverse caseload while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
\n
• Provide assistance and resources for clients facing financial or social barriers to care, helping them overcome obstacles on their path to wellness.
\n
• Maintain all necessary professional certifications, including a valid Oregon Driver's License and CPR/First Aid certification.
\n
• Seek ongoing development of clinical skills and competencies as dictated by relevant licensing bodies and personal career goals.

• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on youth, ranging from adolescents to young adults, who may be experiencing various emotional and behavioral challenges. The therapist will engage with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment difficulties, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon or from another US state, ensuring accountability to the highest clinical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
