Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments that consider each patient’s background, history, and unique experiences.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address and manage a range of mental health concerns, enhancing resilience and overall well-being.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, explaining treatment options and available resources within the community.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in adherence with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage actively in case conferences, cultural competency workshops, and other team-based activities that promote shared learning and best practices.

• Stay abreast of current research in mental health therapy, focusing on innovative treatment methods and culturally relevant strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid professional license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Strong knowledge of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly those that are culturally competent.

Compensation and Benefits\n
