This role is primarily remote, giving you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while still being deeply connected to your colleagues and clients. Our team utilizes innovative tools for virtual therapy delivery, ensuring seamless communication and client engagement. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured workweek designed to promote personal as well as professional well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to gauge the needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Providing therapy to adult individuals and couples, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Completing all documentation and case notes within a 24-hour timeframe to maintain comprehensive, accurate, and compliant client records.

• Engaging in team consultations to collaboratively enhance client care, incorporating feedback and multidisciplinary insights.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily serves adult clients who are navigating a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid independent licensure, such as LMFT, LCPC, LPC, or LCSW, is essential.
