Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate dynamic psychotherapy sessions—including group therapy, individual consults, and family therapy sessions—using an integrated approach to foster healing and growth.

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to screen, evaluate, and diagnose mental health disorders, developing personalized treatment plans that align with patient needs.

• Incorporate principles of Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) into your therapeutic approach, ensuring treatments are sensitive and tailored to individual backgrounds and experiences.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and quality assurance documentation reviews, ensuring adherence to agency ethics and policies.

Qualifications\n
